During the first week of June 2025, Tuhin Das represented the FEATHER project and its partners at the ASTM 2025 Conference on Hydrogen in Materials in La Rochelle, France.

Tuhin Das’s talk addressed metallurgical developments and hydrogen–microstructure interaction analysis for flat products developed within the project. In-depth evaluation of hydrogen–microstructure interactions, alongside the target mechanical properties, supports further advances in performance and safety. Further updates on the project’s progress will follow.

The FEATHER project thanks ASTM International and conference co-chairs Jamaa Bouhattate and Salim Brahimi for hosting a global forum that stimulated discussion, exchange of ideas, and collaboration on the topic of hydrogen.
